i already bought the zoo tycoon game downloaded it played it once and when i reopened it. it didnt work. i reinstalled. still nothing. help.

when I tried to operate it it was in trial mode. I pressed the 'purchase now' and it had the code already and it worked perfectly.

My user rom is missing and pagefile.sys is fat 12 ..
