It's intentions are good, I have to admit but there is always Google Sidewiki and Diigo's Sidebar and Sticky notes

Stickr not blocked browser buttons. In Google Sidewiki and Diigo haven't attachments and screen grabber, haven't integration with popular social networks - Facebook, Twitter, Livejournal, Friendfeed, Evernote, haven't plugins for popular browsers
