В инете предлагают разные варианты решения данной проблемы - от посмотреть схему объёмного звучания в системе (2.1 должна быть, как я понял) и прочих настроек звука в системе (типа отключения монопольного режима для приложений), до обновить драйверы на звуковую карту и переустановить/снести К-Лайт кодек пак. Мне ничего из подобного не помогло. Вин ХР. Методом перебора вариантов дошёл до решения. Представлено на скринах ниже.
